What is colour temperature?

Colour temperature, measured in Kelvin (K), describes the tone of the light produced by a lamp — from warm and soft to bright and cool. It plays a key role in how a room feels and functions.

Warm white (3000–3500K) •
Produces a soft, inviting glow that feels cozy and relaxing. Ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, and dining spaces.

Neutral white (4500–5000K) •
A balanced, natural light similar to daylight. Well suited for kitchens, bathrooms, home offices, and areas where clarity is important.

Cool white (6000–6500K) •
Bright and crisp light that enhances focus and visibility. Commonly used in workspaces, garages, and practical task areas.

Choosing the right colour temperature helps set the mood and ensures the light supports how the space is used.

What’s the difference between dimmable and three-colour switch versions?

Please refer to the Specifications tab to see which version applies to the lamp you’re viewing.

Dimmable version •
Comes with a remote control that allows you to adjust both brightness and colour temperature. This version is not compatible with wall dimmer switches.

Three-colour switch version (wall switch not included) •
Controlled using your existing wall switch. Each time you toggle the switch, the lamp cycles through different colour temperatures.
This version does not store the last setting and cannot be fixed to a single light tone.

What do IP ratings mean?

IP ratings indicate how well a light fixture is protected against moisture and dust.

Higher IP ratings (e.g. IP65, IP67) •
Offer stronger protection against water and dirt, making them suitable for outdoor use or wet areas such as above showers or baths.

Lower IP ratings (e.g. IP44) •
Provide moderate protection and are typically suitable for bathroom zones away from direct water exposure, such as above a sink or vanity.

Always choose an IP rating that matches where the lamp will be installed to ensure safety and durability.

How difficult is installation?

Mounting hardware (screws and fixing components) and an installation manual are included. Standard electrical connections are used. For more complex installations, we recommend consulting a qualified electrician.

Shipping

We work exclusively with trusted and established carriers to ensure secure delivery, full tracking, and shipment insurance. Depending on your location and order size, deliveries are handled by Royal Mail, DPD, or equivalent international partners.

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 6–9 business days, including both handling and transit:

All delivery times are expressed in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays) and may be influenced by each carrier’s daily cut-off time and warehouse processing schedules.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow your delivery step by step until it reaches your door.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it. Simply ensure the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging.
